As a guest of ours, you will always receive a written confirmation of your booking along with your invoice by mail. Please read through the confirmation carefully and see that everything (date, prices, number of guests, etc.) is consistent with how you want it. The booking will be binding 24 hours after the booking confirmation has been sent. If you make your reservation less than 24 hours before check in date the booking is binding from the reservation.
In order to provide you with the best service and fulfill our duties under current legislation, we ask that you leave your name, address, phone number and email address when booking with us. By completing the reservation, you agree that we process the data, which in practice means that they are stored in our booking system. The information is only used to get in touch with you on the occasion of your booking.
Along with confirmation you´ll recive the invoice. Please note that extras such as saunasessions or else you pay at first once you are here. All our prices include 12% VAT. Sheets and towels are included. The same applies to the final cleaning of the apartment. As a guest, you only need to do the dishes, throw the garbage and remove bedding from the beds.
Your room is ready for check-in from 4pm on the day of arrival. If you want to check in later, that’s no problem. In that case we put a key for you in our key cabinet. Just make sure to let us know in advance if this will be the case. We are availeble on our phones until 6pm but after that only incase of emergency.
You can use the room until noon. 11.00 on day of departure.
Don´t forget to returning the keys to us. It is your responsibility to hold the keys during your stay. If a key is missing upon check out and can’t be found, we will have to charge you for the cost of lock change (3000 SEK).
If you have changed plans and need to cancel your room, you can do so free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival. After 7 days the total cost will be charged. We will send you an invoice for the booked stay.
For the benefit of our guests, our rooms are non-smoking. If you want to smoke there is a possibility to do it on the patio.
Be gentle to our furniture and other details in apartments. As a guest, you are fully responsible for any damage that occurs on the room and its inventory during the stay and commits you to replace them.
As a guest, you can only use the cabin and the wooden deck of what was agreed upon at the time of booking (usually for leisure purposes). Please note that other buildings or houses in the area are property of someone - do not enter.
As a guest, you have free access to the jacuzzi. Keep in mind that bathing should be a relaxing and pleasant experience.
Shower with costumes on before using the hot tub is costum to keeping the water clean, safe and healthy.
Never leave children unattended in a hot tub.
We hope that the following lines will never be needed. But in any case we want to make it clear that, as owners, we are entitled to cancel your booked stay with immediate effect if you or someone else in your company appear to be disturbing or commit property damage.
In case of termination of the agreement, you and your company must immediately move out and are not entitled to any repayment of the rental amount.
